*I just left the cake longer in the oven!

*Try it! it's delicious and healthy!

Muffins sucrés aux courgettes
Préparation : 15 minutes
Cuisson : 20 minutes
Pour 6 personnes
Ingrédients :

300 g de courgette(s) bien ferme (s)
200 g de farine
125 g de sucre roux
3 œufs
1 /2 sachet de levure chimique
4 cuil à soupe d huile d’olive

*enjoy!

and if you need any help about the french! ask me :)

oh, so sad! I will not be able to make your French recipe, not only because my high school French is nowhere near adequate for the task, but also because I don't even know what a courgette is. Do you know the translation in English? Zucchini, by chance? It looks delicious!!

These look delicious. Thanks for the recipe, I'm up to my ears in courgettes. Now, what to do with all the tomatoes...

Hi Dreamfarm Girl! They are zucchinis. The English and Irish call them courgettes too :-)

I ate courgette bread in the States once. I had no idea what it was or I probably would not have tried it. But it was delicious.

Hello. I've just found your blog and like it. We have similar interests (except that I'm not very good at photography). I too make courgette and chocolate muffins for my kids when I have a glut. I got my recipe from Barbara Kingsolver's book "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle", which I would recommend by the way if you like gardening. Looking forward to following your blog.
